a LOVELY and equipped apartment
smart tvswing seat
i was SO pleased with the size of the apartment. a great kitchen with a comfy sofa and smart tv were included. i also ADORED the huge balcony with its table , chairs , and a swing seat.

The apartment was spacious. The apartment had EVERYTHING we needed and was very clean. The park features parking , HUGE outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool, a gym and saunas. A few shops are also nearby, AMAZING!!!
The lifeguards were unbelievably rude! We didn't get to enjoy any of the pools because of them. The way they spoke to our group was ridiculous.

The front office staff is very friendly and helpful with requests. This makes the stay more ENJOYABLE! I found them available most of the time and they addressed issues quickly.

The complex is about a half-hour walk to the center, Kings Mall, and the old town. Farm Market and Universal shopping centers are also close. This is very useful for everyday needs.

the apartment had a washing machine and dishwasher. the kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary dishes. the hotel has a large outdoor pool. there is a spa, a gym, a kiosk, and bike rental available onsite.
The directions upon arrival were limited. It was hard to figure out where to check in.

the reception staff was very helpful. they provided adapters upon request and offered pool towels, ensuring convenience. they stayed waiting for me because of flight delay, so helpful.

the apartment had a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and microwave! the balcony included comfortable seating with a table and chairs. i found the air conditioning worked very well throughout the apartment. there was convenient parking always available near the apartment.
the gym closed a bit early at 5 pm each day. i would have preferred to use it later in the evening.

The apartment featured two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. That was super helpful for our family. free air conditioning kept the entire place cool, and i noticed everything was clean.

i appreciated the spacious apartment. It included a large balcony with a table, chairs, and a swing chair. The indoor pool, sauna, and gym were very good. Housekeeping services were available too.
the tv service was not working as expected, despite my complaints to the staff. nothing was done to fix the issue, a bit frustrating
